It Floats! Folding Canoe Makes a splash at the Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show.

February 16, 2004--"The Booth draws a constant crowd." States Rod Tannon, one of the company's regional sales reps attending the show.
The Eastern Sports & Oudoor Show in Harrisburg, PA. is the Nations Largest of it's kind. Bringing in more than 2,000 vendors and a crowd of consumers in excess of 100,000.
Running from Feb. 7th.-15th. it already has the young company (TuckTech Inc.) gearing up for a greater than expected number of Folding Canoes sold.
"We came hoping to see positive response and interest" Says Rod "We figured any sales would be good. The number of sales so far has been amazing".

The "TOTE 'N BOAT" is a Two Person Canoe that folds up to store almost anywhere, and can be carried over the shoulder in the supplied carrying case. The size when folded is only 4 inches thick by 48 inches long. Small enough to fit in any car trunk. It weighs a mere 32 pounds, making it easily carried by just about anyone.

While attending the Trade show the company has been approached by several major retailers of Sporting Goods, a local news channel with camera crew, and a hand full of outdoor magazines and publications interviewing the Inventor (a local PA man).

The company spokesman, Jacque (pronounced "Jack") Phillips encourages feedback via thier web site, www.tucktech.com
"At less than $300 (a show special) it's getting quite the reception." He States. "When we ask people how much they think it costs, they usually reply with a higher number. It's the price that seems to be getting the orders here".

The Small Lititz, PA. based Company that started in the Inventors Garage has made quite a Splash at the Show. It looks like this little boat really does Float!
